We're looking for 750 volunteers including 250 crew leaders

Crew Leaders will:

Communicate with homeowners about service being provided and provide weatherization services to homes through:

• Understanding upgrading needs
• Prioritizing activities
• Oversight of 2 volunteers in work crew

Volunteers will:

Talk with residents about energy wise lifestyle changes and do simple winterizing such as:

• Put up Shrink Wrap
• Install Door Sweeps
• Move Air Conditioners out of windows
• Move furniture away from heaters
• Provide education materials
