Public Health Network Regions

The goal of the New Hampshire Public Health Network is for all New Hampshire residents to be healthy and safe.

We are successful when residents lead a long and healthy life. New Hampshire is one of the healthiest states in the nation. The New Hampshire Public Health Network (NHPHN) partners are building on this history of success to ensure that local communities have the capacity to assure continued improvement in the health of individuals, families and communities.

Currently there are 14 public health partnerships serving nearly 50% of New Hampshire towns and 70% of New Hampshire residents. Click here to find a Public Health Network near you.
